A Tradition Reimagined for Today

Founded in Los Angeles in 2009, Olga's TACOS y CAFE was made to serve its community real and authentic Cal-Mex food. Leaving Mexico to the United States at a young age, Mr. Cruz spoke with his abuela over the phone in order to perfect his recipes. Our signature mole sauce was the result of years of experience to provide an authentic & delicious gluten free, non preservatives mole sauce. Originally founded for Mr. Cruz's wife, Olga, our mission was to provide healthy and nutritious Mexican food anyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary or medical restrictions.

Every dish is cooked on the order. We use all natural halal chicken, 100% grass fed beef and all natural pork in our food. Our guacamole and chips are homemade every morning before opening - including all of our sauces, salsas, and dressings are homemade, crafted by Mr. Cruz himself!
